Default problem with chart

i have windows 10 and office 2016

when i am copying cells and trying to insert 2d line chart ( from insert line or area chart option) i get a little image after some time and when i am trying immediately to enlarge it- excel crash and open me a new excel file
*if i will wait till the chart style will complete upload after making initial chart....then i can enlarge without crashing!..and again to wait if i want to enlarge...
*reinstall didnt work *repair didnt work
*install office 2010 didnt work
*at another strong computer same problem

i am sure the problem is with most charts

i am sure its win 110 problem. how can i fix it ??

when i user window 7 + office 2010- no problem. charts are made at once and easily enlarge..no waiting and no crash!!!
