Default help charting a graph

Hello,

I tried to produce an Excel graph. It looks like this:

This is not what I want.

I would like the rating to show up on the Y axis (ranging from 3 to -3) and the date to show up on the X axis. Then I would like a line graph joining the points. For example, on Nov 18, there should be a point at -1, and on Nov 19, there should be a point at -2, and there should be a line joining them. Then there should be a point at -1 on Nov 24th, and a line joining the -2 on the 19th to the -1 on the 24th, and so on.

If someone could explain to me how to do this, I would very much appreciate it.

@gib65
Posting a sample sheet would make things easier for everyone. Pictures are nice to look at but useless to work with

Thanks very much Arvi, that's exactly what I'm looking for.

Pecoflyer, you can use the one Arvi attached.
