Default Can I do this? sorting data in seperate columns

Hi.

I have data in 2 columns

Column 1 has the name of different channels.... NGC, Discovery, etc

Column 2 has different GRP levels in numbers.

I want to have Column 3 and 4 which would return

1. Column 3 would return the names of top 10 channels only with the 11 cell returning a value called "all others"
2. Column 4 would return the values against the top 10 channels. The 11 th cell even in column 4 (others column) would return the sum of all other channels.

Is this possible?
