Default Formula to separate compound given name from full name

I spent several hours searching for the formula to separate a compound given name from a list of full names but nothing came out. Here's a list of the full names that I want to separate through a formula, not text to columns method. I need formulas in columns b and c that recognize compound names like "Mary Ann". Sample attached.
