Copy/paste into Excel Pro 2013 wraps a row unexpectedly
Hi. I have data in a custom program that I export to a clipboard and paste into Excel. There are hundreds of rows. Occasionally, the layout is thrown off, where the content of the last column called Post Date (which is a date, not a function) goes in the wrong place - goes into the fourth column of the next row. Also, the text two columns to the left of the Post Date column is overlaying the adjacent columns so you can read the entire entry; in the other rows, that text "tucks under" the next column.
Pardon my obvious rookie status as an Excel user, but what do I do to get that Post Date to show up in the right column and keep everything properly aligned? We use Office Pro Plus 2013. Thanks for any and all tips! |
