Default Multi value Formulas

I am trying to write a formula that will use a factor to multiply within the limits below.

to 10 0.0021
10 - 20 0.0017
20 - 30 0.0007
over 30 0.0004

I can complete when only 3 options but am having difficulty adding the fourth variable.

can anyone help?
