Default Displaying accurate data on horiziontal axis of combo graph

Hi

I have created a Combo graph, (see below) with two vertical axes and one horizontal axis. All is perfect, except the horizontal axes, which references years from 2002 to 2017, displays as 1 through to 16. I have tried everything I know, changed the formatting etc, but to no avail. Seems v straightforward in theory, but is proving troublesome in practice. Any thoughts gratefully received. Many thanks. W
