weekend to monday logic problem
I'm writing a timeline sheet and need to know the formula if a timeline ends on a Saturday/sunday to default to the following Monday IE:
inspection deadline is 10 days ( not workdays) but if it ends on a weekend /holiday it needs to default to the following Monday. any help would be greatly appreciated |

Suppose the initial date is in A1 and the deadline offset (the 10 days) is in B1. In that case, the inspection date could be calculated as:
=A1+B1+(MOD(A1+B1,7)<2)*(2-MOD(A1+B1,7))
