Random series inserted midtable when drag copying
Hi folks, first time poster so please forgive any noob mistakes.
I am trying to create my teams rota for the next year. I have it setup so that each week the staff move down one row on the rota until they complete the full cycle and go back to week 1 so the first week in the rota has everyone name in order. Every other week has a formula pulling the name in the row above the previous weeks rota. I have it all setup so i can drag and copy out a two week block and it has all my dates perfect, however it has randomly started adding series to some of the times in the rota, i say random buts its always the same cells on each week and i cant figure out why. I've tried formatting all of the cells in the rota table the same way, first to hh:mm then to text but still the same issue on the same cells when i drag copy the rota to create a block for every week in a year. Screen shots of what I'm doing and the random series it creates mid rota: http://imgur.com/a/3mFia Here is a copy of the rota: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3cycm17ias...Rota.xlsx?dl=0 https://www.scribd.com/document/342440265/Test-Rota |
