Question Pie Charts

I need to keep track on a daily basis how many hours are being used by multiple people from the total number of hours allocated to a job.
I would also like, if possible, to show this data in a pie chart for easy reference.

For example, I have 15 people, and, say 30 jobs, each job having an allocated number of hours. Some of the people may work on more than one job during a day. I have previously done a spreadsheet showing the Person/Area/Hours spent but I am lost how to convert this to a pie chart.
Any advice on the spreadsheet and pie chart would be greatly appreciated.

Hello & Welcome to the Forum,

Let's start with seeing your data. Can you please post a worksheet with a sample of what you have?

Sorry, but your examples don't help all that much.

If you can give more detail on how to chart the data it would help to get you where you want to be.

Plus, you have two examples and both with different layouts.

Not sure what detail you need. Is it possible to make pie charts on each individual spreadsheet?

Sure it's possible, but this is not my projects so I don't fully understand how the data should be displayed.

You have to help us more by showing the input data. Not the data as you have it, but what exactly in the data should be in the chart. Surely it's not all the data.

Look at these sites for some inspiration...
