Excel email alert or link to Access
I run a lab and we have a spreadsheet that tracks the calibration due date for each piece of equipment. I'm looking for a way to do one of two things: 1) link excel and outlook so that email notifications will be sent out whenever a piece of equipment is within a month of calibration 2) Link the sheets to another office program (access or one note for example) so that they automatically send out a schedule once a week of what pieces of equipment are within a month of calibration. I'm hoping there is a user friendly way to use the office programs together as I know nothing about programming. I am also open to the idea of transferring all of the information from excel and starting over with a new program that could do it all in one without having to link anything. |

Why not just set up Outlook appointments with a specified recurrence?
