Default Pivot table duplicate

In a table, I have all of my companies matching to the weeks they are working with us. Some companies are working with us one week (i.e. Sept. week of 7-11). Some are working with us several weeks. When I filter my pivot table by week, it only gives me the companies once. So if a company should be tied to two unique weeks, it will only show up once.

Here's a sample of my data table used to make the pivottable: [Data for Pivot Table](http://i.imgur.com/8zfMA4O.png)

And here's the result when I filter on a particular week: [Pivot Table Results](http://i.imgur.com/NnJ03Yb.png)

So basically, when I filter on Sept 21-25, it should show me BBC company as well. But it's not, as only filtering on Sept. 1-4 will return the BBC company.

Whenever a company stretches over a two week period, the pivot table only represents the first week. Should I be setting up my table differently?

Thanks for your help

Did you change the name of the filter in the pivot table, from "Week of Column A" to "Sept Week of 21-25"? I think I see that you dragged in "Week of Column A". To get BBC to show up, you need to drag in "Week of Column C".

Whether I understood that part correctly or not, what you really need is to move BBC's data into Col. C. This image shows what I mean. I added data values to populate the pivot table just to illustrate.
