Cell drop down boxes URGENT

Hi I have been given a work book and 1 sheet has drop down dates ranging from 13 aug 2012 to 12 May 2014 all Mondays. How can I change these. I have tried un hide sheet but there are no sheets hidden.

If I select a cell >data tap > Data validation > data validation I get
=$R$2:$R$93
