Question Finding a value in one column and in another

Hi,
I have two columns, on the same sheet, and I wnat to look at the values in one column and see if a given value is in another; and then in a third column show that it is in the first column, and the cell that it is in. If this is not possible, it can just show True or False.

For example;
Quote:
A B C
Test car False
job Test A1
Bob House False

Kite Job A2
Thank you

Hi
do you really need the cell reference if true? What would you do with it?

Well it would be nice, if I had a lage table and other collumns like dates that I wanted to compare, but that is okay how would you do this with True. I tryed formulas and Vlookups and I am doing something wrong I canot get it. Do you have any idea of what I can do?
Thank you
