Default Visual Graphic of contacts with a service

Hi all, I'm looking for a visual representation of how many times and lengths, that someone uses a service.

My data strucutre will in effect be a crosstab with dates and 4 types of service. Some services can be used multiple times a day (so I would need to have a visualisation that this occurs) and one service, the patient may stay for a number of days so I need to show this length.

I've started the attached to give an idea of my data structure. For multiple service uses on the same day, I've assigned them values of 1 and 1.5 to distinguish that they're still in service 1, but allows the visual representation to show that they're different. Hope this all makes sense, very hard to explain!
