Default Save and send command

Hello, I have a problem that I cannot find answer to anywhere I look. Maybe somebody have an answer. I have 100 to 120 excel file on file server, all created the same way. I use save and send command and all are OK except one file that shows little yellow triangle at send link command that says: "In order to send link to this workbook, the file path must contain only ASCII characters". I checked all file names, paths to files cannot see what the problem is, but because of it I'm getting General mail failure and cannot send this file. None of others 100+ files are doing it. Thank you for help
