Default Unicode Big endian support

When I open a csv file of "Unicode Big Endian" encoding type in MS Excel 2007, it shows junk characters as unicode data.
Do csv files support "Unicode Big Endian" encoding type?
I do not see the Text Import Wizard either when the file is opened.

It is supporting Unicode little endian, Unicode and UTF-8 encoding types.

Please help.
