ok so ive made a few changes sheet one represents the data i want to work with, im now using a seperate list to select company

so on the second sheet sheet i guess it has to be some kind of match formula so if a2:a100 = sgsc display b2:b100 that matches it, and so then one the 3rd one if a2:a100 and b2:200 match sgsc and personal care show days of week, that one isnt a huge deal
but times of day as we have two seperate companys that operate different times of day im struggling with
that and for b and d columb i cant work out either how to link both to seperate lists based on answer and how to remove the duplicates and only have one of each

as the services will be different as more companys are added
say 3rd company cgsc dont offer travel, so having a static seperate list for service wont work.....

please god help me

ive created a new 2 columb group with company and times of daylisted out
as
sgsc 7-7
sgsc 7om-7am
sgsc allday
bcsc 7-10
bcsc 10-12

so now all i really need is something to lookup a7 which has the company and to tell it to display the list assosiated in the next colum with it

Hi, Mark. No one seems to be answering this, but when I looked at it I'm guessing that the reason is that no one else understands, either, what you're asking. I gather you have some data on one sheet and you want to look it up on the other sheet, but beyond that I'm not sure of your goal. Can you explain more clearly?

By the way, if you try adding part of the explanation in your native language, whatever that is, and if it happens to be one of the languages I can read, it may be clearer. Give it a try; it won't hurt anything if I can't read it.
