Default Measurement Conversion Tables

I'm trying to find an add-in of conversion tables like you see in the back of a dictionary. Every time I do a Search for one, I can't find one.

Does anyone know how do do the conversions without having to create a formula in each cell to do a measurement conversions, as in an add-in?
