Can't use a zero in a named cell
I just know there is going to be a really simple answer to this query, but I can't find it...!!
Simply put, I have a named cell on one sheet in a workbook that is referenced from a cell on a second sheet in the same workbook; ergo, any letter or number in the named cell should appear in the second cell. This all works fine, except when I type a zero in the named cell. I can type a zero in but it won't appear in the second cell. Hope someone can help. |

Hi
Try: Click on File followed by Options followed by Advanced andmake sure that show a zero in cells that have a zero value is checked. See if resolves your issue. Good luck. Tony |

Thanks Tony -that fixed it. I just knew it was going to be something simple like that. I probably should have spent longer looking, but you know what deadlines are like...!!
Thanks for caring and taking the time to help. Mike |
