Default Can't get the same color

I copied an excel spreadsheet so I can work on it but it doesn't have the same color scheme. Is there any way to get the right color? I'll click on the cell with pink and then go to my color plat and there is no pink. Is there any way to fix this?

On the color palet, choose 'more colors' > custom. There you can see the RGB values for whatever was used. Simply replicate those.

Thank you that works great, it's just something I never had to do.
