Unhappy Return Entire Row

In B1 the user will select the department name from a drop down list then Vlookup code will take this name and search in columns A & B to find the organization code corresponding to this Department name.

This code working fine but I want also to return information that belong to the same department name that located in same row of column C & D. Is there any function that can do this? I appreciate your help.
Code:
=(VLOOKUP(B1,A4:B26,2,FALSE))

In C1 enter =VLOOKUP($B$1,$A$4:$D$26,COLUMN()-1,FALSE) and drag right to columns C and D
