Default how to use now() function


i want take lap of now() function, now() function cell is in this format
hh:mm:ss.000
for every action, cut, copy, paste now() function return time, i want to capture time in another cell and save.
i mean to say now() data come adjacent cell make it paste special is well not change

i want to recording?
