Default How to insert ne wline within a column

I want to enter a new line within a column. How I can do it. i remember, you require to press <ALT> and few other keys, don't remember. Any help will be apperciated.

Hi kesh,

Insert a new row in the sheet, or a new line in a cell? Alt-I-R inserts a new row, Alt-Enter within a cell's contents (eg on the formula bar) starts a new line.
