Smile Create a User Login Form

Dear Experts,

I am a new here and following is my question.

I have one file macro enabled. I want to use the same file on sharing.

Is it possible that my file can be used as a template and more than one user can use the same file at a time and every one can use that template to fill data and print report.

If it is not possible then can give any other way that how to use this macro enabled formula based file as template..?

Why i want this because in the template i have many hidden worksheet as data base and the data may update by only one user and the other user will update/fill the template and print reports.

Please help on this project.

Thanks in advance
