Question Sum Appears in Wrong Column?

Wkly Totals tab: Col H should hold all the totals for each wkly segment of invoices but for some reason in Row2 and Row7 the totals are not being placed appropriately into Col H like all the others are -- and I'm not sure what needs corrected in the code to fix it?
Module2_GroupWeekly is the area where the problem lies..
I've marked the spot where it appears to occur using F8 but not sure how to fix?
*Attached is a test file

An explanation of how the file, it's Modules and tabs are supposed to work is provided on that Wkly Totals tab (if needed).

cross posted the other day but doesn't look like anyone knows how to fix it thus far..
