Unhappy Question: Regarding Macro/VBA

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie to this VBA and Macro thing. I have been given a project to do it will be due in 1 month time and im wondering if it is possible to actually speed it up as my colleague told me that there is Macro/VBA that will allow data copy and paste row by row with just a click on the button.

If it is true may i know the programming codes it will safe a poor soul like me

P.S. sorry if my English is bad

If you want some help, it would be better if you explained exactly what it is that you are trying to do.
