Yes, I see that. But, how do you populate it? You need to populate it at the time the code runs.

It will be a number provided by the customer at the time of the order and will not change, so I am just going to input it by hand.

Is there some way to do this without entering by "Hand". It must be tracked in someway. Otherwise you will need to look at each "Sku" and then populate the quantity.

I don't know how to obtain that number without hand entering it. It is something my customer provides to me at the beginning of each SKU order. I apologize if this makes it harder.

Not a problem. Does the customer provide you a list? Is it hand written? Or, in some other format?

It is usually in email format whenever an order comes in.

HI,

Here's the file. You will still see the "Test" button. I added the "Report" button.
Click it and check the result in the report sheet.
I used code to set the formats in the Report sheet.
Still waiting for Email copy.

This will work perfectly. However, if I try to run the report a second time I get an error message wanting me to debug. I was hoping I could change or add data and then hit the report button to have it generate a new set of calculations if needed. Sorry to be such a pain here. Thanks

HI,

I'll check it. Just ran mine and it too had error.
What do you mean change or add data. In which sheet?

Also not currently a "Pain"

Added:
The error is because it's looking for information in column C. Which we do not have any data in "Rows" 7 down.
There must be info. That's why I was looking for the "Qty"

I meant add more rows of data with numbers for columns K-R, or if I need to change a number in one of these fields due to a mistype or something.

Ok, If I'm correct you will need to have the userform allow you to edit and or add data the the "Log sheet". Is this what you want?
PS am about ready to leave for a short time.
