Default Editable Text in Protected Venn Diagram Word

I've created a Venn diagram template that needs the user to be able to edit the text inside each circle, but not reformat the Venn in any way or be able to drag and reposition the text .

The text needs to have a limited number of characters so it does not expand over the edges of the circles that make up the Venn.

How do I do this?

Thanks
