Unhappy cannot make a 'crop' keyb shortcut in word!?

when i try to follow the usual method of defining a keyboard shortcut to the 'CROP' command, I cannot find the blinking thing anwhere in to headings that follow!!? crop doesnt even come up under the 'all commands' heading/tab!? has anyone any clue please? kindest regards, matthew glynndwr

Double click an image inside a document, to show the image Picture Tools > Format tabs on the Ribbon.
Right click the Crop tool and opt to add to the QAT.
Now press the Alt key to show the allotted shortcut keys to press along with the Alt key.
In my example below, the keys are Alt + 0 + E.
This opens the Crop tool on an image that is selected.
