Default Image and it's explanation need to stay together

Hello
I have inserted an image in a document and I have written an explanation for it below it (as you see). Is it possible to make a group of this image and it's explanation not to separate if the image goes to end of page?

If your image is in line with text and the paragraph formatting is "keep with next" it should do what you want.
