Default Autoshape outline not printing

I have autoshapes on a page with borders I've added. The border shows on the page and in the print preview. (MS Word 2010)

I also have checked "Print Drawings" in the display options.

The lines are not printing out even with all of the above. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for any help,
Leslie

Hi Leslie,

If you save the document as a PDF, do the borders appear in the PDF? If the borders appear in the PDF, do they print if you print the PDF?

Paul,

The answer to the PDF question is yes they do show and print on a PDF. Unfortunately I have to give the client a Word document, but it sounds like you might know something. If so, I really appreciate your help.

Leslie

Hi Leslie,

In that case, the problem may be with your printer driver. I suggest checking the maker's web site for an update. If there isn't an update, try uninstalling & reinstalling the printer & driver.
