When you have created your business card with your preferred dimensions and content, if you only want 1 (one) card instead of multiple cards, go to Page Setup in the Page Design tab and in the Layout type, opt for One page per sheet.
Check the print preview and when you are happy with what you see, Save As/Export to PDF.
